General Manager (M/F)
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB 5-star hotel, 80 rooms, located on a secluded island in Indonesia. This resort has been among the most awarded in Asia in recent years.
We are seeking an ambitious, personable General Manager who is attentive to guests, meticulous, and attracted to resort experiences. You should have significant experience in high-end resorts in Asia and be looking for new challenges.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all resort operations, supported by a team of experienced managers (expatriates and Indonesians). You will continuously train your teams to meet the required standards.
PROFILE REQUIRED - Strong experience as a General Manager in upscale establishments - Meticulous about guest satisfaction and management of this type of property - Experience in Asia/Pacific

Position available immediately for a minimum of 2 years. Perfect English proficiency required.
