Executive Chef (M/F)
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB 5-star hotel, 80 rooms, located on a secluded island in Indonesia. This resort is among the most awarded in the country.
We are seeking an ambitious, patient, creative individual who enjoys teaching and has significant experience in the culinary arts, including gastronomy and/or bistronomy. If you are attracted to sustainable cuisine and are looking to make a life change, this opportunity is for you.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for a brigade of around 30 chefs, menu creation, and overseeing production for all the resort's restaurants.
PROFILE REQUIREDProfile sought:
Aged 30-40 with solid experience in high-end hospitality or gastronomy
Strong technical skills
Experience in Asia
Passion for teaching
Couple accepted if partner works in hospitality/restaurants.
Position available from July 2024 for a minimum of 2 years. Intermediate English proficiency required.
