Front Office Manager (M/F)





With the launch of the new ship, the Disney Treasure, Disney Cruise Line is growing its Front Office team.
Also called on board Guest Services Manager, you are the officer in charge of the reception team (12 to 15 crew members).
You can work on any ship of the fleet for renewable 4 months contracts.
The guests are mainly families looking to create, with Disney Cruise Line, magical memories for all of them - adults and children.
Disney Cruise Line is based in Orlando, Florida and offers varied itineraries to the Bahamas, Caribbean, Alaska, South America, Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia, Europe...


Salary: $3200 per month (tax-free) + Bonus if applicable


Benefits:
Salaries are fully free of tax on board and back home.
Food, accommodation (shared cabin with 1 person), medical insurance and uniforms are part of your contract (no salary deduction).
Flights to and back from the ships are organised and paid for by Disney Cruise Line.
Officers have the possibility to enter the pension scheme offered by the company.


During your time off:
You will have access to crew member areas on board including a gym, a bar, a library & a pool as well as dedicated officer spaces.
You are also able to leave the ship regularly. For example, one of the regular port of call is Castaway Cay, Disney Cruise Line's private island in the Bahamas.
The Island is only accessible to the Disney ships and offers the crew members a private beach and bar.

What we are looking for:
An experienced Guest Services/Front Office Manager able to lead a team in a nice atmosphere and working in a high volume and challenging environment.
A proficient level of English is essential.
Being able to speak other languages would be best.
