The Monaco Spa Event, the exclusive event for leading international actors on the Luxury Spa scene and captains of the Wellness industry worldwide, is pleased to announce a series of top-level strategic partnerships.

The 2008 edition will witness the exhibition’s strategic decision to be considered above all as an event, an exclusive point of contact and opportunity to meet up with top Spa industry leaders, investors and consultants, hotel and Spa managers, architects, designers and operators, all aiming to come together and reflect on the dynamics of future development.

Numerous international partnerships have been forged to bring qualified visitors to Monte-Carlo, with a special focus on associations operating in the areas of hospitality and architecture and treatments.

Spas are set to become an absolute imperative for any hospitality structure: from the chalet in the Dolomites to the holiday village on the coast. It’s simply a natural evolution. Business actors from all over the world meet at The Monaco Spa Event to discover all the latest trends and polish up on their professional profiles.

The architect is a key figure in the process of designing a wellness centre and making the necessary decisions: that is what makes him a crucial figure for exhibitors at The Monaco Spa Event, which dedicates several initiatives to him.

EHLITE (Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne)
EHLITE the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne Institute of Technology and Environment aims to be the leading institution in creativity and innovation management for the hospitality industry. The activities conducted by the Institute will create, develop and test future systems and work processes supported by new technologies. The Institute is positioned as the hub between the suppliers of equipments and technologies and the service companies of the hospitality industry. The role of EHLITE is therefore to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and technologies. To achieve this objective, EHLITE and its partners are working together to develop new products and processes, which are tested on behalf of the latter through its research laboratories and in teaching. Hotelverband Deutschland (IHA) and Wellness Hotels Deutschland (W-H-D)
The German Hotel Association (IHA), based in Berlin, lobbies on behalf of the economic, social and professional interests of the German hotel industry at national and international level. IHA has more than 1,000 members - ranging from luxury hotels to 2-star establishments – and directly represents about 50% of total hotel turnover in Germany. In close cooperation with the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA Bundesverband). IHA is since 2001 in the position to represent the almost 40,000 German hotels as a single entity. Wellness-Hotels-Deutschland (W-H-D) is the leading German quality and marketing network in the wellness sector. Currently the affiliation comprises fifty quality-tested German wellness hotels in the four- to five-star bracket, most of them owner-operated. The binding criteria of quality first elaborated at the foundation in 1997 have been a determining influence on the development of wellness hotels in Germany and continue to point the way ahead today. Relais & Châteaux
Relais & Châteaux, now in its 53rd year, is the internationally-renowned association of 470 privately owned hotels and acclaimed restaurants in 55 countries around the world. Founded in France and headquartered in Paris, the association serves as an ambassador for the art of fine living and the highest culinary standards. Syndicat des Hôteliers Nice Côte d'Azur
The Union of hotels of Nice and the French Riviera consists of 400 hotels (14,000 rooms) and restaurants in and around Nice. The Monaco Spa Event and the Union have decided to partner to promote spa and wellness equipments in the French Riviera’s hotels. Guests in French Riviera hotels expect to find fitness and sport activities, wellness and Spa services and hotels must adapt to this trend. Tirolean Future Foundation - Cluster Tirol Wellness
Tirol is a first class destination in Wellness and Spa. The "Tiroler Zukunftsstiftung - Tirolean Future Foundation - Cluster Tirol Wellness" acts as a service provider especially for Tyrolean Companies which identify with the wellness and health business area. This network consists of Wellness and Spa Hotels, Spa Consultants, Hardware and Software Developers and Training Facilities. Our goal is to crosslink with other players and developers introducing product development and innovation, bringing forward a marketing platform, and to start high-quality co-operations based on new technologies. ADI (Italian Association for Industrial Design)
ADI brings together and represents the leading actors in the Italian Design System. In addition to designers and enterprises, ADI’s members include training and research centres, schools and universities, eminent design critics and historians, journalists and publishers. The pro-active proponent and interpreter of a new culture of design and products, ADI has contributed to placing Italian design and Made in Italy in the forefront of contemporary taste, with a track record of more than 50 years devoted to promoting its international leadership, through initiatives taken in favour of its members and of the Design System. FNSAI (French National Federation of Interior Architects’ Unions)
Interior architecture is the process of conceiving of architecture as an echo of our everyday lifestyles. The Federation embraces the aims of its regional organisations and pursues them at national, European and international levels. FNSAI acts as the standard-bearer of its members’ archetypes, while at the same time defining a strong, dynamic policy, whose value is reinforced by its representative critical mass. The Thai Spa Association is a non-profit organisation, established to promote and develop the spa industry in Thailand.
