Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Sally S. Malouf as Director of Sales for the 357 guestroom Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile. The hotel is owned by Barceló Crestline and is managed by Crestline Hotels & Resorts. It is located in the heart of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, just steps to North Michigan Avenue shops and restaurants. It also offers 5,727 square feet of flexible meeting space located on the first and 12th floors with spectacular views of Chicago's skyline.
Ms. Malouf is a hospitality industry veteran with 30 years of sales, marketing and catering experience. She joins Crestline Hotels & Resorts after 15 years tenure with Hilton Hotel Corporation where she last held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing for the Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Lakefront. She has also held management positions with Anvan Hotel Corporation and Promus Hotel Corporation.

Ms. Malouf attended Prospect Hall College and Spencerian College, as well as the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire. She is active in the hospitality industry and is a member of the Chicago Society of Association Executives and the Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau.
