March 14 Reservation Deadline For One of Only 107 Luxury Residential Suites

Due to increased domestic and international demand, the final opportunity to own a Residential Suite at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, at pre-construction prices, has been extended until March 14. On March 15, a Sales Selection Event will mark the final sales phase when reservation holders will select their Residential Suites and sign purchase contracts. Following this event, any remaining Residential Suites will be made available for the public from 4pm to 6pm that same day. After March 15, any available suites will be offered at increased prices. The Residential Suites are the first full-ownership real estate opportunity within The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua.
