An innovative concept - luxurious vacation apartments with high-tech as an "apart-hotel" operating directly on the ski run - and fresh powder snow is attracting guests to Austria's vacation resort of Kuehtai. The resort, which
has the highest elevation and the highest probability of snowfall, is located just 35 kilometers from Innsbruck, the Olympic city and Euro 08 venue.

The newly opened AlpinResort Kuehtai, with luxury-class, vacation apartments, is located directly at the foot of the ski slope. You can ski your way right up to the front door, and enjoy the sun and a panoramic view
of the Alps on your own terrace. Deluxe spring skiing in the Alpine resort, discounted by 30 percent in a promotional program, can be booked at http://www.alpinresortkuehtai.at.

Doubly luxurious stays

The AlpinResort Kuehtai is breaking new ground in tourism: vacationing guests are greeted with four-star hotel comfort with twice the living space of a hotel room. Check-in and -out is fully automated, using a reservation code at the terminal in the lobby. The guest and reception desk communicate quickly and easily through hotlines and the infotainment system.

Indulge in luxury at each of the vacation residences, with sizes of 150 to 525 square feet: Exclusive living quarters with the latest technology (internet, keycard, etc.), fireplace, sauna, and gourmet kitchen meet the highest of standards. There is also a fitness center, parking garage,
elevator, heated ski and shoe rooms, a breakfast bakery, and more. And the resort has another special feature: 20 of the 54 luxury apartments are dedicated as leisure property and can be sublet, if desired. 14 of the units are already owned by fans of Tyrol from Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Live high, train low

Want to see what summer looks like? No pollen - simply take a deep breath and dive into a range of athletic activities! In Kuehtai, pro athletes and hobbyists alike enjoy Nordic walking, mountain biking, hiking, and much more... The resort participates in the "Live high, train low" program of the high-altitude center in Kuehtai/Innsbruck, and offers special services for the Euro 08. The Kuehtai-summer experience can be booked at http://www.alpinresortkuehtai.at.
