Outrigger Enterprises Group has appointed Stacy Keen as the
director of sales and marketing for The Wyland Waikiki. Keen, a seasoned professional of the hospitality industry with more than 22 years of sales and marketing experience, is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to maximize
market share, revenue, and occupancy growth while upholding the company's mission.

Prior to moving to The Wyland Waikiki, Keen was a senior sales manager for Outrigger Hotels & Resorts' Beachfront Division representing the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach, Outrigger Reef on the Beach and the Outrigger Keauhou
Beach Resort. While a member of the Outrigger Beachfront team, Keen was instrumental in developing sales strategies to reposition the Outrigger Reef on the Beach, which is currently undergoing a major $120 million makeover to transform the hotel for the luxury market.

Keen has also worked as the director of sales for the Turtle Bay Resort where she developed and implemented a sales & marketing strategy that exceeded revenue sales goals and grew the wholesale customer base by 30 percent. During her tenure there, Turtle Bay also saw its best year-over-year sales increases in the history of the resort in 2004 and
2005.

Before relocating to Hawaii five years ago from California, Keen served as director of product development for Classic Custom Vacations/Expedia. There, she directed the sales, research, and development of Classic America, a luxury product that featured 25 city and resort destinations in the United States and Canada.

"We are excited to welcome Stacy to Hawaii's first art-design hotel," said Robin Graf, general manager of The Wyland Waikiki. "She brings creative energy and a wealth of experience with the introduction of new and unique hotel experiences to the leisure market. We are confident she will be a great asset to The Wyland Waikiki."

Recently, The Wyland Waikiki was recognized as one of the "Best New Properties or Major Renovations" in Hawaii by the editors of TravelAge West in the magazine's annual WAVE Awards.
