With immediate effect SLH member hotels can begin utilising “Leonardo” to build a Private Digital Photo Library (PDL) and Leonardo will then distribute your photo content automatically to the SLH distribution channels including the GDS and onward distribution channels. This is a very significant benefit being provided for SLH member hotels.
Q. Who are “Leonardo”?
A. Leonardo are the world leaders in Travel Content Management and Distribution of “Media Rich Content” for the Travel Industry Media-rich content: includes high and low resolution images, text, maps and logos, 360 degree VR images, video clips etc.
Each property will have access via the internet to the SLH Private Digital Library (PDL) and can add up to 20 images or “units” online. Photo updates allowed free of charge once a year. Videos may be counted as multiple “units” depending on their length.
Leonardo will then automatically distribute the photo content to the GDS and Onward Distribution Channels.
The Leonardo online upload gateway provides a simple and effective way of being able to upload, manage and distribute your images.
Image requirements: In order for images to be suitable for print purposes images must be:
300dpi // one dimension at least 21cm // jpeg
