Radisson SAS makes meeting delegates even happier: The first-class and full-service brand of The Rezidor Hotel Group announces free high-speed Internet access for all participants of meetings and events in a Radisson SAS hotel in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This added value is a further development of a unique service concept: Radisson SAS was the first international hotel chain to offer free high-speed Internet access for all resident guests, and is now extending this “E@sy Connect” system – also non-resident meeting delegates surf fast for free.

“We have a long commitment to being among the first to anticipate the needs of business travellers”, says John Kennedy, Vice President Marketing and Customer Relationship at Rezidor. “Getting connected to their corporate networks, checking E-mails or downloading documents is important to our meeting guests, and we are now offering a complimentary and easy-to-use service to all of them – even if they don’t have a room reservation and are just visiting us for the day. Most of our properties have installed Wireless Internet Access, so the access is not limited to the meeting room – delegates can also go online from the lobby or further public areas.” User of Radisson’s new service just need a day-pass which is available at reception – as soon as they start their browser a login window opens, and the internet is only one more click away.

Business travellers who also stay at a Radisson SAS hotel or resort benefit from the “E@sy Connect” concept in their room, too – and enjoy further services which make their stay stress-free: Radisson features “Business Class-rooms” including complimentary breakfast at the restaurant or in-room, a complimentary morning newspaper and a Nespresso coffee machine. Early-birds find a “grab & run”-breakfast in the lobby, and for those who need their laundry done in less than a day the hotels offer a “3 hours express laundry”.
