Radisson Hotels & Resorts® today announced the 226 room Radisson Hotel and Conference Center located at 17123 North Laurel Park Drive in Livonia, Mich., is celebrating the completion of its $12.5 million renovation with a grand re-opening. Starting today, guests are invited to experience upgrades made throughout the three-story hotel including renovations to guest rooms, meeting space, the restaurant, pool, fitness center and all public areas.

“This is an exciting day for our hotel as it cements our commitment to serving the city with a unique property renovated with guest satisfaction in mind,” said Leonard Williams, general manager of the hotel. “The hotel’s renovation ensures that Livonia has an upscale hotel and conference center that is dedicated to hosting visitors to the area for years to come.”

The result of the renovations is a new sleek and sophisticated look with captivating modern spaces and an extensive array of facilities and amenities, highlighted by the hotel’s market-leading customer service.

Renovations were made to all guest rooms and suites and all public areas including one of the largest meeting facilities in the Detroit area at 15,300 square feet. The renovations also extended to the indoor pool, newly constructed, state-of-the-art fitness and business centers, and three new food and beverage concepts – a new, hip lounge “six,” and two new dining facilities, “Marketplace” and “The Traveling Fork,” which features specialty foods from different parts of the country. The new atrium area offers numerous options for socializing, collaborating with business associates, or just relaxing by a fire. Guests are encouraged to engage in a game of billiards or take a swim in the extraordinary pool. The entire facility provides free wireless high-speed Internet connectivity.
