Lois Shore, Vice President of Distribution for Outrigger Enterprises Group, is pleased to announce the promotion of Elizabeth "Ellie" Agustin to the newly created position of Integrated Marketing Manager, Travel Agent Market Segment.
In her new role, Agustin is responsible for all aspects of the Outrigger Hospitality Specialist program including strategic planning, development and implementation of integrated marketing, sales, and training materials. She also provides sales support for travel agent customers as well as manages projects involved with travel agent associations, consortia, host agency networks, and key travel agency partners.
Agustin has an extensive background with Outrigger having worked for the company for over 18 years. She first started her career as a reservation agent in 1989. Through the years, she has gained valuable experience as an administrative assistant, guest service representative, and assistant hotel manager. Most recently, she held the position of Outrigger Specialist Administrator/Marketing Coordinator.
Agustin attended Kapiolani Community College and furthered her education by attending classes at the University of Hawaii.
