TWELVE(R) Centennial Park named one of world's best new business hotels

TWELVE(R) Centennial Park, Novare Group's latest addition to TWELVE Hotels & Residences, has been recognized by FORTUNE magazine as one of the best new business hotels. The list included 15 hotels in the United States and another 18 throughout the world. Criteria for selection included being centrally located to business, being equipped with essentials for getting business done and the quality of design, high technology, room service and amenities.

TWELVE Centennial Park opened in September of 2007. It includes 102 one -- and two-bedroom hotel rooms, each offering a full-sized kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, living room area and private balcony in a suite-style design unique to TWELVE. Technology-driven services and amenities are featured throughout the hotel, including flat-panel televisions, DVD players and Wi-Fi. Every suite is equipped with an innovative technology system called GHOST (Guest Hotel Operating System Terminal) -- a flat-screen monitor with a desktop application that allows guests to surf the Internet, check their emails, reference the guest directory or order room service. For guests who prefer to bypass the front desk, the hotel features self-service kiosk check-in and check-out. Room rates at TWELVE Centennial Park begin at $189 per night.

TWELVE Centennial Park's FORTUNE recognition follows a tradition of honors for the TWELVE brand. TWELVE Atlantic Station, the brand's first hotel, opened in February 2006 and has been recognized by Conde Nast Traveler magazine in its 2006 "Hot List" of best new hotels worldwide; O, The Oprah magazine; Southern Living and many others. In addition, Lobby, the popular restaurant at TWELVE Atlantic Station, was named "New and Noteworthy" by Atlanta Magazine shortly after it opened, and ROOM, the upscale restaurant at TWELVE Centennial Park, has also received rave accolades. Nick Oltarsh, executive chef who is artistic director for both restaurants, was honored in 2007 as Star Chefs' "Best Hotel Chef." One of the delights of a stay at either hotel is that these award-winning restaurants provide room service to hotel guests-a gourmet experience not found in most hotels.
