Luxury Hotel Rounds Out List of Best Places to Work in Illinois
The luxurious Omni Chicago Hotel was recently named one of the "Best Places to Work" in Illinois by The Business Ledger, the Illinois Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Managers and The Illinois State Chamber of Commerce. The Omni Chicago was the only hotel to be recognized on the list and additionally, this was the first time a hotel has been named one of the "Best Places to Work" in Illinois.
"We strive to provide a wonderful experience for our guests, and do our absolute best to provide a pleasant work environment for our associates," said Mike Magnelli, area managing director for the Omni Chicago Hotel. "We are extremely pleased and honored to be recognized."
The rankings were determined through a criteria developed by Best Companies Group, of Harrisburg, Pa., following employee surveys and interviews.
"We are pleased to recognize the best places to work in our state," said James E. Elsener, president of Ledger Publishing, Inc., and publisher of The Business Ledger. "The quality of the top firms in each category is extremely high and we're confident they take great pride in being selected."
