Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ select service division is pleased to announce the sale of the Wyndham Garden Overland Park. The 180-room hotel features a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a lounge, the Garden Café, and 3,800 square feet of flexible meeting space.
Overland Park is a growing and affluent suburb of Kansas City. Recently ranked 6th in Money magazine’s “Best Places to Live,” the community was recognized for its abundance of high-paying jobs and enjoys upward-trending economic activity. The property is well positioned near the Overland Park Convention Center as well as a high concentration of major corporate office parks.
“The sale represented a targeted disposition for an institutional client ,” said Adam McGaughy, a senior vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. “Through a more hands-on management approach, the new owner will have an opportunity to better impact bottom line returns.”
