The multi-award-winning Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi has introduced a innovative array of excursion experiences in and around the picturesque island of Yao Noi, located in Phang Nga Bay in Thailand. This striking bay is dotted with fantastic limestone formations, inviting guests to explore the natural beauty of the area.

The first choice among guests staying at this unique resort is to experience the bay by boat, and there are many options. Guests wishing to be on their own can enjoy sea canoeing and drift into Yao Noi’s world of secluded beaches and bays. Others may island hop a speed boat to Koh Yao Yai - the “big sister” to Koh Yao Noi - or see the fascinating limestone formations up close, including the setting used for the James Bond movie - Man with the Golden Gun! Another option is to enjoy the camaraderie of cruising on a majestic Siamese Junk in the peace and tranquility of Phang Nga Bay. Stopping for lunch, chefs serve traditional Thai cuisine using the freshest ingredients while guests swim and snorkel in the crystal clear water straight off the boat.

On shore, experienced guides take guests to climb the famous rock formations or recommend the best mountain bike trails, and see attractions on the island such as the Giant Tree and the Sacred Pond. Also offered is a tour of Krabi which includes a visit to Tha Pom - a fresh water stream for fishing and swimming. On the way back to the resort, a rejuvenating massage and chilled champagne are offered on the private motor boat. Other activities available include a tour of Phuket Town, a tour of Yao Noi complete with a study of its mangrove forestation, as well as Barbeques on the beach, Six Senses Spa signature treatments administered on the beach by internationally trained therapists, and romantic candlelit dinners beneath the stars.

The resort’s own helicopter will be introduced shortly to take guests on private excursions and sightseeing flights around the islands to capture breathtaking aerial photographs of Phuket and Phang Nga Bay.

Yao Noi is a stunning island in Phang Nga Bay - the unique environment for the Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi. It can be reached by combined luxury car and motor boat from Phuket International Airport. The Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi consists of 56 Pool Villas and Pool Villa Suites, the Hilltop Reserve and the Retreat - set in natural vegetation and tropical landscaping, providing privacy between the elevated villas and allowing glorious views over Phang Nga Bay. There are several restaurants and bars, a wine cellar, a Chef’s Table, and a Six Senses Spa Village.

Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi joins the recently opened Six Senses Hideaway Zighy Bay on Oman’s Musandam Peninsula, and the Six Senses Hideaways in Samui and Hua Hin, Thailand, and Ninh Van Bay in Vietnam.
