The new 70-room Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Pinellas Park has opened its doors for business at 8050 U.S. Highway 19 North in Pinellas Park, Fla.

The owner of the hotel is Shyam Associates Inc., who also owns a Holiday Inn Express in St. Petersburg.
The Country Inn & Suites hotel features a heated outdoor pool and fitness room. Other amenities include a complimentary hot continental breakfast and meeting space that can host up to 50 people and a business center with fax, copy service, printer and Internet access. The hotel offers a variety of guest rooms including standard rooms, studio suites, one bedroom suites, and four Jacuzzi suites. All rooms feature complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access, hair dryer, 32" flat panel High Definition televisions, microwave, refrigerator and free long-distance calls within the U.S.
The hotel is an ideal locale for travelers visiting Florida’s West Coast for business or pleasure. The property is convenient to the Park Place shopping center that includes a variety of stores and over 15 restaurants and is minutes away from the destinations’ noted white sandy Gulf Beaches.
Nearby recreational attractions include Tropicana Field where the Tampa Bay Rays play, the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and is within 10 minutes from downtown St. Pete.
