CHI Residences, the brand new luxury serviced residences with a refreshing twist, launches in Hong Kong with its flagship property 120, on Connaught Road West.

The new CHI Residences at Connaught Road West offer 19 one-bedroom apartments each 1,050 sq ft with their own balcony which fill the rooms with light and superb 180 degree views across Victoria harbour and West Kowloon Cultural District.
Designed by leading Paris-based interior designer Dillon Garris, only top quality materials and fittings have been used to create individually designed spaces offering comfort, style and convenience.
All residences feature 42” Plasma TV’s and BOSE DVD/VCD home theatre system, fully self contained kitchen and tasteful touches such as cashmere bed throws and tea on arrival to add to the luxury experience.
Guests enjoy unlimited internet access, Cable and Now TV, 24-hour concierge service, daily maid service and complimentary laundry, instant platinum membership at California fitness, and use of the spacious outdoor garden on the podium level complete with BBQ for entertaining.
CHI Residences on Connaught Road West are particularly convenient for the Central business district and for the nightlife and entertainment areas of SoHo and Lan Kwai Fong and just minutes from Sheung Wan MTR and ferry connections to Macau and China.
The visionaries behind the new CHI Residences are father and daughter duo, Philip and Pilar Morais. Mr. Morais was the founding partner of the highly successful Shama concept of serviced apartments who now shares his years of expertise in this sector with his daughter.

The first CHI Residences opened its doors earlier this year at 393 Shanghai Street in the up and coming West Kowloon area. The flagship at 120 Connaught Road West on Hong Kong Island opened in August. A third CHI Residences will open at 279 Shanghai Street in late October and in 2009 they will unveil their Nathan Road property.
