Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), which serves the meetings and incentive marketplace with its National Sales responsibilities for its membership of more than 120 premier Four- and Five-Diamond/ Star quality hotels and resorts worldwide, named InterContinental Chicago as the recipient of its prestigious “Chairman’s Award” as the “ALHI Hotel of the Year.” The award is given annually to the ALHI member hotel or resort that best displays extraordinary leadership with their property, exemplifies “Commitment to Performance” in the marketplace, and epitomizes the “partner relationship” with ALHI. The award was presented at ALHI’s annual Industry Advisory Council conference, which was recently conducted at Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in Braselton, Georgia.
