Six Senses appoints General Manager for Six Senses Hideaway Samui - Thailand

David Ashworth has joined Six Senses as general manager of Six Senses Hideaway Samui. Reporting directly to Six Senses Resorts & Spas area managing director for Thailand, he oversees the general management of the world renowned Six Senses Hideaway - which recently was awarded The Best In The World by Conde Nast Traveller.

David joins Six Senses from his previous role as general manager of Imperial Samui Hotel in Koh Samui. Prior to this, he was resident manager of Imperial Queens Park Hotel in Bangkok. David brings with him more than 20 years of valuable experience within the hospitality industry where he has held various executive roles in the United Kingdom, the Caribbean, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia. A British National, David holds Hotel Management and Catering Diplomas from London’s City and Guilds.
