Situated on the fourth floor of Three on the Bund, Jean Georges introduces its latest addition, Nougatine, a casual yet sophisticated dining experience located in the previously known JG Bar. Serving a selection of Jean Georges favourites starting at RMB 58, Nougatine is open to customers every day, from 6pm to 11pm.
With its understated elegance Nougatine provides Jean Georges restaurant with a more relaxed venue from which to enjoy an exquisite selection of Jean Georges dishes, making it the ideal place for an after-work dinner with friends.
Comprising of appetizers, entrees and desserts, Nougatine is sure to please all palates. Dishes offered include the black truffle and Fontina pizza; the JG burger with fries; snapper with aromatic black beans, sake, truffle juice and cilantro; roasted chicken and mashed potatoes with green beans and lemon jus; as well as JG’s signature chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream; and caramel roasted pear accompanied by ginger ice cream and praline crunch.
Designed by world-renowned architect, Michael Graves, the paneled interior is separated from the restaurant by a spectacular glass door. Another feature of Nougatine is the ocher Giallo Reale stone bar, from which customers will also be able to dine.
With its elegant yet reasonably priced menu and extensive selection of drinks, Nougatine provides a unique atmosphere that is at once vibrant and relaxed.
