24 young talented Chefs will compete 27th-28th of January 2009 during the world famous Cuisine Contest Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France.
To commemorate each of the competitions, Villeroy & Boch
Tableware, a long time sponsor of the event, creates a special plate together with the French designer Alain Vavro.
This plate has become a real collector throughout the years. It will be available during SIRHA, the International Hotel, Catering and Food Trade Exhibition, on the Bocuse d’Or shop located in the contest area.
