One luxury Caribbean resort was voted as St. Lucia’s Leading Hotel at the London based World Travel Awards, dubbed the Oscars of the travel industry. Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort & Spa scooped the coveted award at the glittering red carpet awards ceremony after impressing a voting panel of more than 167,000 travel professionals.
The 65-acre luxury resort, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2009, features 247 suites and villas, all with spectacular Caribbean Sea views.
