Newly Transformed Washington DC Area Hotel Features Sleek, Contemporary Design

Hyatt Arlington, the premier Rosslyn Virginia hotel for business, recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation to revitalize its entire property, including guest rooms, meeting space, food and beverage outlets, the building exterior and all public spaces. The newly transformed Washington DC area hotel features sleek, contemporary designs with a focus on guest comfort in an atmosphere of refined elegance.

"We've transformed from a typical business hotel to a classic, contemporary environment," says Hyatt Arlington General Manager Brett Ellison. "The hotel has been completely re-conceptualized and re-constructed to create an open, airy feel with the latest in chic interior design."

Remodeling of Rosslyn Hotel Exemplifies Modern Luxury

The renovation of this luxurious DC area hotel has increased the number of guest rooms from 304 to 317, and all accommodations feature brand-new bathroom fixtures including black granite countertops. The new guest rooms boast 32" LCD HD flat-screen TVs with data connections, floor-to-ceiling windows, ergonomic workstations and desk chairs, free wireless high-speed Internet, refrigerators and laptop safes.

A new lounge, restaurant, and state-of-the-art fitness center are available to guests as well. The full-service restaurant, City House, features a menu of classic American cuisine with an emphasis on steaks and seafood presented with the special flair of renowned Chef Richard Paish. The restaurant boasts views of downtown Rosslyn through expansive floor to ceiling windows and two executive private dining rooms for small functions.

The hotel's new lobby bar, Key Bridge Terrace, serves up the latest in creative libations, including martinis, a selection of domestic and imported beers and designer cocktails. Faithful to its name, Key Bridge Terrace will offer outside dining seasonally on the restaurant's terrace overlooking Wilson Boulevard.

Meeting Space within Rosslyn Virginia Hotel Offers Contemporary Sophistication

Hyatt Arlington's 5,200 square feet of meeting space - including its popular, private boardroom Judiciary Hall - was also renovated to create a modern, intimate business environment. Known for its personalized service and individualized attention, this inviting meeting space is a popular choice for many surrounding companies and local defense contractors.
