Prestige Resorts & Destinations, Ltd. today announced a new division called Prestige Consulting Services, headed by Jim Miller. Located in Orlando, Prestige Consulting Services encompasses all aspects of hospitality business including keynote speeches, facilitation of workshops, strategic planning, operational assessments, due diligence, strategic alliances, sales training, sales process, team building and coaching.

A 'change agent' within the hospitality industry with 30 years of field and corporate experience with Omni Hotels and Coastal Hotel Group, Small Luxury Hotels and his own consulting services, Miller is poised to add a new and vital dimension to Prestige.

"With this new service, Prestige has set itself apart from its competitors by being the only hotel partner of its kind offering this degree of consulting services to member hotels and resorts and prospective members," said Blair McKeever, President and CEO of Prestige Resorts & Destinations, Ltd. "We are always looking for ways to better serve our customers and partner hotels especially with the challenges brought on by the economic uncertainties ahead, and are open to refreshing ways to stay ahead of the curve. Jim and Prestige Consulting Services enable us to do all of this and more."

"Working with Jim in our DMC division in 2008, we realized our hotel clients were the same as those Jim Miller and Associates had served for more than 16 years," added McKeever. "The creation of this new Prestige Consulting Service division will mesh perfectly with our core business. With his wealth of knowledge coupled with his experience consulting with a variety of hotels and resorts, Jim is extremely current with coaching, training, special projects and assessments for hotels, inns, resorts, brands and independents so much so that we know our new Prestige Consulting Services' programs are the best in the market place."

Leveraging his work with such organizations as Starwood Hotels and Resorts, New England Innkeepers Association, The DMC Network, The Kessler Collection and the Tourism Department for the US Virgin Islands as well as countless independent resorts, Miller has a vast array of success stories that will help elevate the profile of Prestige as a one-stop shopping partnership with all hotels.

"The sense of entrepreneurship between Prestige and me makes this a perfect match," said Jim Miller, who will serve as President of Prestige Consulting Services.
