Filming Arrangements
Camera Crews
• It would be appreciated if camera crews with bulky equipment would check in at the hotel’s Security Office, Middle Road, at the service bay. Hotel staff will assist in escorting crews to the M2 floor.
Photographers
• Before the Press Conference starts, photographers will have a few minutes to film with flash at the head table.
• During the Press Conference, photographers are kindly requested to take photographs without flash.
