The Luxe Manor’s signature Italian eatery welcomes a new a la carte menu and Easter treats
The fine cuisine of Aspasia, The Luxe Manor’s Italian dining sensation, introduces it’s fully made over A la Carte Menu alongside a delectable and Easter Lunch Menu to Hong Kong’s most discerning diners. Despite its apt artistically surreal surroundings, Aspasia’s cuisine is realistically divine.
The introduction of Aspasia’s A la Carte menu is overflowing with a delicious and daring combination of flavours and favorites. Freshly imported straight from Italy, all the ingredients add to the authentic dining experience found at Aspasia. The John Dory, glazed with seafood juice and topped with fresh tomato, herbs, olive oil, potato and rucola makes for a tantalizing entrée, while the Wagyu short rib, braised in red wine with taqueria pumpkin polenta lends diners a delightful dash of fresh delight.
Easter Lunch menu will be offered during the period of 10 to 13 April 2009. Whet your appetite with a beef carpaccio served with crispy parmesan, rucola and a divine mustard sauce.
