Conde Nast Traveller, has included Finca Cortesin Hotel Golf & Spa on its famed Hot List 2009. Billed as "The ultimate insider's guide to the newest and hottest hotels opened around the world in the past year," Traveller selected Finca Cortesin as one of only four hotels in all of Spain to receive the distinction calling Finca Cortesin a “World class destination resort.” To make the Hot List, properties were judged on design, service, and amenities and only those that went above and beyond industry standards in these categories made the list.
