Guest chef at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong’s Café Kool, Chef Amy Zhang from China World Hotel, Beijing, will put on a show demonstrating her expertise in noodle making at lunch and dinner buffets from 6 to 19 July 2009. Diners can see how the noodles “fly” to the wok after being shredded over her head or shoulder.

One of Beijing’s top noodle gurus with over 30 years of experience, Chef Zhang will dazzle guests with her outstanding noodle-making skills, preparing a medley of Beijing style noodles of superior taste and texture using fresh, everyday ingredients.
