The Hilton Beijing’s Food & Wine Experience is back on 14 November 2009 for the 12th year with a whole day offer of wine and food tasting presented together by the hotel and over 100 of world-famous food and wine suppliers such as Danone Premium (Evian), Montrose Food & Wine Ltd, Jointek fine wines, Pernod Ricard China Trading Co. Ltd, Aussino Fine Wine, and Sri-Lanka tea.
Nearly 1,000 different labels from some of the world’s best wine regions are for sampling pleasure.
Hilton Beijing Head Sommelier Julia Zhu, together with guest speakers, will be there to share useful knowledge and helpful tips about wine appreciation with guests.
Guests will also be able to indulge themselves in seven hours of wine appreciation, coffee and chocolate tasting, Hilton Beijing food stalls, beer and first-rate meet tasting; win big prize from either the blind wine tasting challenge or the lucky draw throughout the day; admire flair cocktail show, cigar rolling or chocolate making demonstrations; participate in the cocktail master class and create their own imaginative cocktails.
For the first time, kids activity room will also be available with experienced babysitters and a selective range of toys, games and puzzles, where the parents could leave their kids in and enjoy the wines.
