Nearly 600 feet above the Pacific Ocean on the slope of Mt. Haleakala, Makena Beach & Golf Resort’s newest special occasion venue, Makena Vista, offers some of the finest views on Maui with rich natural surroundings at every turn.
Makena Vista features sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and neighboring Hawaiian islands from near the signature 14th hole of the acclaimed Makena Golf Course. A short shuttle ride from the resort, the landscaped area provides convenience and seclusion for up to 150 guests, making it ideal for receptions, weddings and corporate functions.
Makena Beach & Golf Resort’s experienced on-site events staff provides full-service set-up in this exclusive outdoor setting, including event lighting, tables, chairs and cocktail seating, and accessories. Event and reception cuisine is prepared and presented fresh under the direction of executive chef Gregory Gaspar, who oversees the resort’s award-winning restaurants. Also provided for guests’ comfort are restroom accommodations.
For bookings from Feb. 1 to Oct. 31, 2010, guests can receive up to a 50-percent introductory discount on the site fee for Makena Vista, including transportation, for events of 50 people or more.
