Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is delighted to announce the launch of its ‘Wellness Weekend’ programme available on select weekends from May to September. Soar into summer with refreshed mind, body and spirit after a two day energy booster designed to provide a stronger state of wellbeing in the comfort of luxury surroundings.

Situated right on the edge of Hyde Park and home to one of the top five spas in the world, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is alone in its ability to offer a holistic retreat in the heart of London. Arriving on a Friday afternoon, guests will be welcomed into their deluxe room with a cleansing glass of iced lemongrass tea and a basket of fresh, seasonal fruit. An evening yoga session begins the restorative journey by helping guests unwind and leave their daily lives behind. An early Tai Chi session in glorious Hyde Park on Saturday morning focuses the mind to rebuild inner sources of energy, helping guests feel revived from within.

A two hour holistic ‘Time Ritual’ ensures the optimal healing experience. The Spa at Mandarin Oriental has a sincere understanding of wellness and strives to provide an inspiration for lifestyle change. Techniques and philosophies from around the world merge into a potent blend of treatments that begin with the exchange of shoes for comfortable slippers, an enduring oriental welcome which signifies the leaving of the external world behind.

Throughout the weekend, guests can relax within the Spa’s separate male and female heat and water areas which include; the Sanarium, Amethyst Crystal Steam Room, Vitality Pool, and Zen Colour Therapy Relaxation Room. A separate gymnasium is also available where guests are able to make use of state-of-the-art cardio vascular equipment.

Guests can also enjoy a healthy three course meal at the award-winning Park restaurant with views of Hyde Park from every table. The Park prides itself on its comprehensive menu featuring 'Global cuisine' paying tribute to the culinary heritage of Europe, the Asian Subcontinent and the Middle and Far East.
