Taking place in Brussels on 23rd, 24th & 25th March, Passenger Terminal EXPO is THE annual event that attracts in excess of 3,500 key airport industry decision makers, and the EXPO remains the biggest international airport terminal exhibition and conference in Europe. The EXPO provides the most significant opportunity for the international airport and airline industries to debate all the business critical issues of the day, and this year the event is delighted that it will be hosting the inaugural Skytrax World Airport Awards™ at a live ceremony on 23 March.
The Skytrax World Airport Awards are regarded as the most prestigious for recognition of product and service quality across the world’s airport industry. Widely respected as the quality benchmark for the airport industry, the Awards represent the opinions of more than 8.6 million passengers from over 95 nationalities around the world who took part in the 10 month Skytrax survey of 196 airports. Assessing more than 35 elements of the airport experience, the awards clearly determine how well each airport performs against their customers expectations.
