To make it easier for meeting professionals, association executives and incentive specialists who need a large resort or hotel to accommodate their group, Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has launched the “ALHI 5-50 Collection” within its distinctive portfolio of over 125 Four-and Five-Diamond quality hotels and resorts. This specific “collection” segment makes it easier for executives and planners to identify a hotel or resort with larger capabilities for their program, and consists of 25 ALHI member resorts or hotels which feature at least 500 guest rooms and suites, with a minimum of 50,000 square feet of meeting space, thus “5-50.” Additionally, each of the hotels and resorts in this specialty segment feature at least one ballroom of 20,000 square feet or more.

The “ALHI 5-50 Collection” features a total of more than 6.7 million square feet of meeting space, making it one of the largest “big solution” collections available to association executives, meeting professionals and incentive specialists in North America. As part of the launch of this collection, ALHI has added an “ALHI 5-50 Collections” quick reference button to its home page at www.alhi.com to provide fast, one-stop access for planners seeking to research to conduct a program at one of the world’s finest meeting resorts or hotels that can accommodate large groups.

“We established the ‘ALHI 5-50 Collection’ to accentuate the solutions ALHI provides for larger programs. It is a means for planners of large groups to easily access our variety of options available to accommodate their needs,” said David Gabri, president and CEO of ALHI. “With 42,000 rooms in this specific segment of our worldwide portfolio, our Big Meeting solutions alone are larger than many full brands.”

Five outstanding Las Vegas MGM Mirage options are a cornerstone of the collection. This includes ALHI’s largest resort in terms of rooms, the renowned MGM Grand, featuring 5,034 guest rooms and suites, and 600,000 square feet of meeting space, which includes the all-new 92,000-square-foot Marquee Ballroom.
