Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa recently unveiled five new ways to socialize over great drinks and small plates every night of the week with Sunday Best $39 menus, Izakaya Mondays, Wine Down Wednesdays at FORNELLETTO, and SEABLUE’s new Bar Menu, offered half price every day during Social Hour (5-7PM).

Borgata invites guests to make dinner a lucky break every Sunday with $39 prix-fixed menus available at Wolfgang Puck American Grille, SEABLUE and Izakaya between 5PM and 6:30PM. Guests will enjoy a three-course meal designed exclusively by Chefs Wolfgang Puck, Michael Mina and Michael Schulson, giving diners a true taste of their unique cuisine. With a choice between Wolfgang Puck’s Roasted Beet Napoleon with Warm Goat Cheese and Hazelnut Vinaigrette, Pan-Roasted Free Range Chicken Breast with Roasted Vegetables and Yukon Gold Potato Puree, and Caramelized Banana Cream Pie; SEABLUE’s Ahi Tuna Tartare, Miso-Glazed Chilean Seabass, and Root Beer Float with Warm Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies; and Izakaya’s Ye llowtail Scallion Roll, King Crab Robatayaki with Miso, Butter and Smoked Salt, and Homemade Green Tea Ice Cream, Sundays are definitely best at Borgata.

Michael Mina’s SEABLUE is now offering a delicious bar menu, available every night of the week, including Mina favorites such as Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Parmesan and Aged Balsamic ($7), Warm Goat Cheese with Pepper Fondue and Grilled Bread ($8), and Seablue Angus Burger with Shallot Marmalade and Gryuere ($14). Guests who join SEABLUE during Social Hour (5-7PM) will enjoy menu items at half price, including specialty cocktails like the Tangerine Cosmopolitan, Pear Martini and Pineapple Mojito.

Fornelletto Cucina & Wine Bar has unveiled a new Wine Down Wednesday menu featuring $10 small plates, Neapolitan pizzas and a selection of wines by Wine Director Anjoleena Griffin-Holst. With May dedicated to saluting a variety of wines from regions across Italy, small plate selections include Grilled Calamari Spiedini, Burrata Salad with Grilled Pear and Prosciutto and Chef Stephen Kalt’s signature Meatball Sliders, while pizza selections include the Margherita, Parma and Sicilian, guests will experience an authentic taste of Italy. Guests can wind down the work week while sipping on wine selections such as Banfi Chardonnay Blend ‘Le Rime’ from Tuscan y, Muri-Gries Lagrein from Alto Adige or Cantele Primativo from Puglia.

Since its debut in May 2009, Izakaya Monday continues to ignite the work week with $7 sushi, robatayaki, cocktails and beer specials. Inspired by Chef Michael Schulson’s time living in Japan and global travels, Izakaya is a modern Japanese pub that defies comparison with both enticing Japanese cuisine and an alluring social scene. Providing guests the chance to savor Schulson’s fare at a great value this summer while visiting the Shore, Izakaya Monday is the city’s hottest way to extend the weekend – including complimentary admission to mur.mur Monday with a receipt of $20 or more.
