Luxe Concierge, a luxury personal concierge service, announces the launch of a new concierge-training program available to high-end hoteliers. The program, Luxe Curriculum, was developed by Luxe Concierge Founder and CEO Nashid Braswell. Mr. Braswell created the program to coach hotel owners and concierge teams in adopting new practices that ensure their guests receive an extraordinary and unique experience throughout their stay.

“The concierge and front desk personnel at any hotel or service industry establishment serve as the gatekeeper for that company,” said Mr. Braswell. “Guests aren't leaving with the impression of the hotel itself, but instead are leaving with the impression of that particular ‘gatekeeper’ that they come in contact with. Staff members are a living representative of the hotel’s brand and management must take proper measures to ensure the brand is protected and promoted at all times.”

After conducting years of research in the hospitality industry, Braswell worked to integrate innovative methods in creating positive, lasting relationships among customers. The training program is designed to establish exceptional customer service standards by teaching concierges the necessary skills and proper etiquette when interacting with guests. Luxe Curriculum customizes hotels’ concierge programs to enhance engagement with their guests and track guests’ preferences in order to provide relevant content and offer exciting experiences and itineraries suitable to each one’s taste.
