Golf Activities for Conferences Launch at Château Élan at The Vintage

Château Élan at The Vintage has introduced a new range of entertaining golf options and packages to appeal to every corporate conference group. Fun night golf action with glowing balls to afternoon clinics with The Vintage Pro to enhance everyone’s game, teamwork (and approach to business). Château Élan now offers a whole new range of fun, quick and easy ways to break the ice and add golf to business at your next conference!

The new range of golf activities are cleverly designed to fit within a busy conference schedule and budget; from the new night golf, half-hour “Putt ‘n’ Dark” stress-busting, team-building fun, to 3-5 hour group “learn the basics” or technique coaching clinics; there’s something to suit beginners to advanced golfers and everyone in-between. All activities are professionally managed by the team at The Vintage, the #2 golf public access course in NSW and current home of the NSW Open and are available just moments from the first-class conference facilities at Chateau Elan - so no travel downtime, just seamless leisure activities blended to fit with your conferencing goals and timetable, from as little as $20 per person. For details and full range of the new golf options go to www.thevintage.com.au .

Château Élan opened earlier this year as the most luxurious conference and incentive venue yet, encompassing five flexible conference rooms, premium dining, lavish accommodation for up to 200 guests and access to The Vintage. The five conference rooms offer state-of-the-art spaces in which to do business for groups from 3 to 330, as well as the sort of ‘wow factor’ that can only come from a luxury resort in prestige wine country. Of these, the new Carriage House is unique. Constructed from sandstone cut by convicts in 1834, this striking venue offers an exclusive facility for executive retreats and strategy planning meetings. Be spoilt for choice with accommodation ranging from Spa Suites, Spa Kings and One-Bedroom Spa Villas.

To launch the new conference golf activities Château Élan is offering special rates (valid to 30 November 2010 & subject to availability):

* Conference guest from $199 including bed & breakfast per person
* Full day delegate package from $65 per person (includes morning & afternoon teas, lunch and use of whiteboard screens and stationery).

Air access is also possible with flights from Queensland and Melbourne into Newcastle Airport, an easy 50 minute drive from the Resort. Or sweeten the incentive by flying your group by helicopter, landing directly onto the Vintage’s private helipad.

According to CEO Erik Stuebe, “I believe there is nothing to rival the conference experience at Château Élan at The Vintage. We’re bringing together cutting-edge spaces together with a luxury resort destination and the beauty of the Hunter Valley. It’s the ultimate place in which to do business, forge relationships and relax.”
