New Mauritius Hotels Declaration Dividend

Notice is hereby given that a Final Dividend of Rs 0.50 cents per share in respect of the financial year ending 30th September, 2010 has been declared payable to shareholders of the company registered at the close of business on 13th October, 2010.

The Dividend will be paid on or about 12th November, 2010.

The Shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 8th October, 2010 and ex-dividend on 11th October, 2010.
