The Capital Restaurant makes The Sunday Times Top 100 Best British Restaurants

Great Hotels of the World is delighted to announce that The Capital Hotel Restaurant has made The Sunday Times’ Top 100 Best British Restaurants, ranking at an impressive number 32. The restaurant has added Chef Jerome Ponchelle to the already impressive line up of chefs which include Brian Turner and Gary Rhodes. Menu items encompass “the classics of British fine dining”, said The Times. These include delicacies such as, roast grouse “Old England” with braised cabbage and Dover sole meunière and roast turbot.

Hotel Jardim Atlantico, Portugal wins two Environmental Awards

Tour operator World of Tui awarded the hotel second place worldwide among a selection of 10,000 hotels. Gran Hotel Bahia Del Duque, Tenerife welcomes physiotherapist to the stars

Great Hotels of the World member, Continental Hotel Zara **** Superior in Budapest was awarded the prestigious ‘Hotel Development of the Year’ award at the Construction and Investment Journal Awards 2010. Quay Hotel and Spa, Wales wins the Visit Wales 4 Star Gold Award for the 5th Consecutive Year
