In recent years, the number of Chinese travellers has soared throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Hence, Cafe of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui has enriched the variety of traditional Cantonese breakfast items during the breakfast buffet period for patrons to experience a good selection of authentic Cantonese treats.
Using the freshest ingredients available, chefs at the Cantonese live cooking station serve a wide range of not-to-be-missed Chinese favourites. For example, the noodle station offers made-to-order Shrimp Wonton Noodles, while a delightful selection of Dim Sum is available on the steamer including BBQ Pork Buns, Shrimp Dumplings, Pork Dumplings, Vegetarian Dumplings and Shark Fin’s Dumplings. Savour hot appertisers like Fried Rice Dumplings with Pork and Chinese Style Baked Puff followed by different styles of congee, namely Plain Congee, Congee with Chicken and Congee in Chao Zhou Style with Minced Pork served in Clay Pot, with choices of condiments for patrons to mix and match. A good companion of hot congee, definitely, would be the freshest food out of the wok, such as Wok-fried Rice Rolls with XO Chilli Sauce, Stir-fried Noodles with Squid, Fried Rice, Vegetables and more. Specialties like Chicken Wings, Eggs and Tofu in Chaozhou Soy Sauce are also provided.
Apart from the Cantonese specialties, Cafe also offers a wide selection of delicacies from different stations during the breakfast buffet period, ranging from home-made bakery, salads, cheeses, cold cuts, breakfast cereals, fresh fruits and yoghurts to freshly grilled items, omelettes made-to-order, Japanese teppanyaki salmon, tempura and more to satisfy every taste.
An array of beverage options are also provided including six types of freshly squeezed fruit juices, six choices of milk, smoothies, varieties of tea and coffee.
