The group launches a new sales office and introduces new hotels

Worldhotels, one of the leading groups of independent hotels worldwide, has announced the opening of its first office in Delhi, India - a move designed to support the significant growth of the Worldhotels brand in this market.

Naresh Chandnani, hospitality industry veteran, has been appointed as the Regional Director of Hotel Development for India Sub-continent and Maldives to establish this dedicated division.

Worldhotels‟ growing presence in India has seen its portfolio increase from five to nine properties in recent months and it is expected to further strengthen its position with an anticipated addition of another dozen hotels to reach 20 hotels by 2012, in this fast expanding market.

The hill resort Aamby Valley City joined Worldhotels‟ Indian collection in January 2011.
