Naïade teams up with customer service guru Ron Kaufman (Mauritius)

Naïade Resorts has invited world-renowned customer service guru, Ron Kaufman, to Mauritius to run exclusive training sessions for no less than 2,000 of its team members, as part of its strategy to take service levels to new world-class heights. 20 participants from Naïade’s properties on Réunion Island will also join the sessions, while team members from Naïade’s five-star flagship in the Maldives, Diva, will also participate via a live internet stream.

Author of 15 books on customer service cultures, including Uplifting Service, Kaufman says “Throughout the world, hotels pride themselves on having the best suites, pools, restaurants, gardens and spas. Five sessions will take place in Mauritius from 19 - 21 June 2011, with one specifically aimed at the head office and hotel management teams, where the group’s overall strategy for providing world class service will be unveiled and discussed. The sessions will also be broadcast live via the internet to allow Naïade’s regional sales teams, as well as team members unable to travel from Réunion Island and the Maldives to participate.

According to CEO Paul Jones, Naïade Resorts is striving to give its team members all the tools they need to provide clients with unparalleled service, and thereby cement Naïade’s place as the first choice for visitors to Mauritius, Réunion and the Maldives.
