Hotel refreshes guest experience with complete soft renovations and technological upgrades in all Standard Rooms and Executive Suites.

Guests heading to Four Seasons Hotel Amman can look forward to experiencing a new look and feel in all Superior, Deluxe and Premium rooms and Four Seasons Executive Suites as the Hotel reveals a complete inventory of refurbished accommodation this month.

Named the 2011 Best Business Hotel in Amman at the recently held Business Traveller Middle East Awards, the refurbishment underscores the property’s commitment to consistently invest in its product offering towards retaining its position as Amman’s number one hotel, according to a number of international trade and guest recognition rankings.

Key elements included a complete soft renovation of all standard guest rooms and Executive Suites, including refreshed colour schemes of soothing blue and gold, and replacement of soft furnishings such as wall coverings, wall art, bed and bathroom accessories and carpets on all guest floors.

Technological upgrades were also undertaken, offering guests heightened comfort and consideration throughout their stay. The refurbished rooms now feature light dimmers, flat-screen TVs with DVD players and an interactive TV menu, and iPod docking stations, all incorporated to suit the lifestyle of the modern business and leisure traveler.

Commenting on the refurbishment, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Amman Livio Faverio said: "As a worldwide hotel group focused on each guest's individual needs, we are dedicated to not only maintaining the product our guests expect but to offering amenities and services they would want, but not necessarily think to ask for. Our main goal and objective is to exceed their expectations at every possible touch point."
