Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading US-based hospitality management company, has named Fabiola Fischbein director of Human Resources for Marenas Beach Resort, a Benchmark Personal Luxury Hotels & Resorts℠ property located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, north of Miami. Jim Franklin, general manager for the resort, made the announcement.
“We welcome Fabiola to her new role at our resort and within Benchmark Hospitality, said Mr. Franklin. “She brings strong human resource management skills to her new leadership position, and a vast understanding of the Florida employment market.”
Fabiola Fischbein was previously Human Resources manager for Marenas Resort. Prior to joining the property, she served as Human Resources coordinator for the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale. Ms. Fischbein has also held management positions at major brand properties as well leading independent hotels in markets throughout South Florida.
She is a graduate of Florida International University where she earned her Bachelor of Hospitality and Hotel Management degree. She received her Masters in Human Resources Management from the same university. Ms. Fischbein resides in Coral Springs, Florida.
