The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali take a good initiative to develop others by inviting 10 talented fresh graduate high school students from SMK Nusa Dua and SMK Harapan Denpasar to have a 6 months spa development program and continue with training program at the Westin Spa.
Implementing one of Starwood Cares pillars, Care for Community, this initiative is arranged to help disadvantage student around Nusa Dua who find an interest in becoming Spa therapist in the future. This development program is created and conducted by The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali Spa team to be shared and demonstrate to the participants.
“We are proud to have the opportunity to mentor those 10 talented fresh graduated student to become a professional Spa person. Our ultimate aim is to provide them a chance for to improve their knowledge and skill which at the end it will help them to have a better future”, said Mr. Bipan Kapur, General Manager of the resort.
