Meliá Hotels & Resorts presents “Life Management”: an innovative campaign designed to find happiness for guests (Spain)

“Welcome to Life Management by Meliá, because life is the most important journey” is the new campaign from Meliá Hotels & Resorts, inspired by the happiness and wellbeing of its guests and linked to its service vocation and the experiences provided by its hotels. The campaign aims to reinforce the distinctive attributes, modernity and urban nature of the most well-known hotel brand in Spain, through little pieces of advice that help enjoy life.

The campaign’s messages and images, accompanied by information on Meliá products and services, suggest the perceptions of wellbeing that shape the “brand experience”, in which guest satisfaction is the major priority. The campaign highlights all of the brand’s key attributes (such as The Level, YHI Spa, Kids & Co, Romance by Meliá and Power Meetings) through different pieces of advice on achieving happiness.

Meliá Hotels & Resorts has contracted the prestigious doctor and lecturer Mario Alonso Puig, an expert on human intelligence, to provide three master classes on positive thinking in October and November at the Hotel Meliá Madrid Princesa, Hotel Meliá White House (London) and Hotel Meliá Berlin. Dr. Alonso Puig, a member of the New York Academy of Sciences and the American Association for the Advancement of Science, is one of the most popular experts in his field, much in demand from business leaders and institutions to give lectures on leadership, creativity and change management.

The brand campaign can also be found on social networks and on the website www.melia-hotels.com/life, offering users a number of workshops to use the techniques and advice given by Life Management and linked to the brand’s products and services. For example, in the “Travelling you’re your taste buds” workshop the advice is “positive attracts positive, and that makes you ready to try and appreciate anything new”, hinting at the latest culinary trends that guests can discover in Meliá hotels and resorts. As well as the workshops, the website also offers free registration for the Mario Alonso Puig lectures.
