Warwick International Hotels (WIH) is continuing its development strategy through the signature of a new management contract for a hotel in Beirut, Lebanon.

The Warwick Pangéa Beach Resort & Spa will open May 15, 2012 after extensive renovations.
The hotel, located south of Beirut, 15 minutes away from the airport, now has 20 villas that will be renovated to achieve the level of standards specific to the prestigious identity of the Warwick International collection.

70 rooms will be added, the hotel lobby and outdoor space and area completely redesigned. Many facilities will be added to the existing site: a new restaurant 24/7, a new fitness centre, tennis courts and squash courts, a sea activities centre and a spa will meet the wishes of a sophisticated international clientele, business or leisure.

Meeting facilities will also be available to cater to corporate & group needs.

The signing of this new management contract with the Pangéa company demonstrates once again Warwick International Hotel's ability to meet, if not exceeding, the needs of owners and investors when looking for an experienced and recognized hotel operator.
Warwick Valley Winter Resort in Jordan, on the Dead Sea, will open by the end of 2011. WIH continues to pursue its strategy of dynamic development in this area. WIH is pleased to be able to enrich its Collection with this new prestigious address in the Middle East with the Warwick Pangéa Beach Resort.

"We are very pleased with the signing of this management contract and we are planning to actively pursue our expansion in this area, says Jamal Serhan, recently appointed Chief Operating Officer, Warwick International for the Middle East. For this reason, we will establish an office soon in the region. "
