Pebblebrook Hotel Trust Declares Dividends for the Fourth Quarter 2011 (United States)

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE: PEB) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share of beneficial interest, to be paid on January 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2011. The common dividend represents an annualized yield of approximately 2.6% based on the closing price of the common shares on December 14, 2011.

The Board of Trustees also authorized, and the Company has declared, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4921875 per share of the Company’s 7.875% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest, to be paid on January 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2011 and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share of the Company’s 8.0% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest, to be paid on January 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2011.
