The hotel, with free wireless internet access in the lobby, offers 293 modern and spacious rooms. RIU's new style in décor is predominantly white with touches of colour in purple shades and furniture with straight, simple lines. The rooms also boast new features such as flat-screen TVs with access to international channels and fully renovated bathrooms.

The hotel's dining options have been extended thanks to the addition of 'Olé', a restaurant serving up Andalusian cuisine, and which guests must book in advance. The menu presents specialities from southern Spanish cuisine with a modern twist, whilst its daring décor completes the experience. The main restaurant will continue to offer a vast selection of international cuisine in its buffet, open for both breakfast and dinner. The Riu Nautilus also offers guests a poolside Snackbar, not to mention the elegant lobby bar showcasing a new terrace, which is a modern, attractive space, ideal for enjoying an evening drink.

RIU has redesigned the communal areas with a new pool, to come into line with the latest outdoor trends. Meanwhile, for the colder months, an indoor heated pool has been built with a jacuzzi. The hotel also includes a new gym and a massage service available.

The Riu Nautilus is situated 2 kilometres from the centre of Torremolinos and 700 metres from the port and the commercial district with its bars, restaurants and shops. The extensive seafront is all that separates it from the beach.

About RIU: The international RIU chain was founded in Mallorca by the Riu family in 1953 as a small holiday firm and is still owned by the family’s third generation.
