FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (NYSE: FCH) today announced that its Vinoy® Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club has been named ‘Renaissance Hotel of the Year’ at the recent Marriott International 2013 Global General Managers Conference. The award honors the best Renaissance hotel in the Americas.
The legendary Vinoy is the only luxury hotel on Florida’s west coast that has a private marina, 18-hole golf course and tennis complex. Situated on Tampa Bay, the 361-room resort is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. FelCor purchased the hotel in 2007.
